Delete your account

Applies to the Inpani (customer) and Inpani Driver apps

You can ask us to delete your Inpani account and the personal data held with it at any time. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to be signed in to make the request.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address or phone number on the account, so we can tell it is really you:

How long it takes. We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming. If we cannot verify that the request came from the account holder, we will tell you rather than delete someone else's data.

What gets deleted

Data	What happens
Your account and sign-in identity (phone number, Google account, name)	Deleted. You can no longer sign in.
Profile details (CNIC, address, vehicle details for drivers)	Deleted.
Chat messages and voice notes	Deleted.
Your location data	Deleted. Nothing about your position is kept.

What we keep, and why

A completed delivery involves two people. When one of them deletes their account, we detach their name, phone number and address from the order but keep the record of the delivery itself — the tanker size, the price agreed, the date and the rating given.

We do this because the other party is entitled to their own history: a driver's earnings record and reputation must not disappear because a customer closed their account, and a customer's record of what they paid must survive a driver leaving. These retained records no longer identify you.

We keep them for up to 3 years for tax and dispute purposes, after which they are removed entirely.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling Inpani removes it from your phone but does not delete your account or the data on our servers. Use the email above if you want the account itself removed.
