How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the driver directly, in cash, at the price you accepted when you picked their offer. Nothing is charged in the app and there is no booking fee.
Is this drinking water?
No. Inpani delivers bulk tanker water for general use — washing, cleaning, filling underground and rooftop tanks, gardens and construction. It is not bottled, filtered or treated drinking water, and you should not assume it is safe to drink.
How is the price decided?
You decide what to offer and drivers decide whether to take it. The app suggests a starting rate for the size you picked, you can change it, and drivers send back their own offers. Accept the one you want and that price is fixed for the delivery.
What areas do you cover?
Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Drivers only see orders within a short radius of where they are, so the closer you are to active drivers, the more offers you will get.
How long does delivery take?
It depends how far your driver is. Every offer shows that driver's live distance and an estimated time, and once you accept you can watch them approach on the map.
How do I become a driver?
Download Inpani Driver, sign in with your phone number and complete your profile, including your tanker size. Once it is complete you can go online and start bidding on nearby orders straight away.
